How to Return an Item

Return Guidelines
1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty product or the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label
- You can choose between a full refund or an exchange
2. General Returns or Exchanges
If you’re not satisfied for reasons unrelated to damage, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- You must start the return via our website or by emailing us directly
3. Important Return Notes
- We do not accept returns on customized, personalized, or final sale items
- All returns must include proof of purchase
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.

Returning a Gift
If your item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, you’ll receive store credit for the returned value.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will also be notified of the return.
